Within easy walking distance of the town centre, with Sol Central Cinema, nightclubs and Bridge Street. 10 minutes walk to the train station. Mounts gym and swimming pool 10 minutes away.
Waterside campus is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop on Barrack Road, catch the Violet 19 Bus. Its Zone 1 and costs 50p or it's a pleasant 30 minute walk.
Avenue campus is an easy 10 minute walk or catch the number 20 Bus. Its Zone 1 and costs 50p
Fantastic rental company. I stayed in one of their student flats in my final year of university and can only say how pleased I was with the flat. The value for money was brilliant, and the flat itself was clean, tidy and a really nice place to live in. Whenever we had a query, they were back to us within 24 hours, even if that included a home visit, and there was nothing that couldn't be resolved within a few days. I would definitely recommend Dawson's Properties. It's a great and trustworthy company, run by a wonderful bunch of people.
They also keep in touch with their renters after they leave if needed- case in point, I accidentally ordered a package to my old address this week, And Richard kindly posted it to me up in Scotland. I moved house in 2016. That's the care they give to their renters.
