This great four bed house is our second in this road, it has a large kitchen/diner which was re-furbished this year, has a fridge/freezer, a separate fridge, tumble dryer, washing machine, table and four chairs and microwave. It also has and a large separate lounge with flat screen tv, coffee table, laminate flooring and two very comfy settees. Pictures come as standard throughout the house as does the henry hoover. There are four good sized bedrooms, three on the first floor and one on the ground floor. All have solid furniture consisting of large comfy beds, wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers, bookcase or shelves and mirrors. Digital tv is provided in all the bed rooms and the lounge. There is also a power shower on the first floor.
This house is less than ten minutes’ walk to the town center, there are also pubs, local shops, parkland and restaurants all within five mins of the house which is in a very popular student area. You can also walk from town so no expensive taxi fares after a night out.
Waterside campus is a 15 minute walk to Kettering Road and number 19 bus, Zone 1 50p or a 25 minute walk.
