The bathroom has a bath with power shower over, sink and w/c. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms all have double beds, laminate floors, locks on the doors and matching furniture. The bedrooms and the lounge have TV points. There is a Henry Hoover and an ironing board. Outside there is a small enclosed patio area - ideal for barbecues!
One of the main student areas close to the main bus route to Waterside Campus. 25 minutes’ Walk to Waterside. There is a Co-op (with a cash machine), chemist, doctors' surgery, launderette and bookmakers located on Semilong Road. The Racecourse with all its recreational facilities is within 2 minutes’ walk. The Barratt club is a couple of hundred meters away Within easy walking distance of the town centre, with Sol Central Cinema, nightclubs and Bridge Street. 10 minutes’ walk to the train station. Mounts gym and swimming pool is a short walk away.
Waterside campus is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop on Barrack Road, catch the Violet 19 Bus. Its Zone 1 and costs 50p or it's a pleasant 30 minute walk.
